Damaged merchandise
Infordata Sistemi suggest you to inspect always carefully the received packages and if some of them is damaged to accept them with reserve and putting on the transport document the note “Packaging damaged”.. In this case the Buyer must firstly verify if the products contained in the above packages are damaged, then to contact not later than eight days after the receipt of the goods the Infordata Sistemi’s Customer Service and inform it about the problem. It will open, if necessary, the Damage File for possible replacement of the product. In the case the Customer will inform Infordata Sistemi’s Customer Service about the damaged goods after above term Infordata Sistemi will consider itself not obliged to replace damaged goods.
